This week, Kenji and I spent our last days in the office. :( Don't worry—Kenji is just moving to San Francisco, not leaving Serious Eats. I, on the other hand, spent my last day at Serious Eats today and am taking a few months off before moving to Taipei at the end of August to enroll in a Mandarin-learning program. That's the short story. You'll read more about it next week. In the meantime, I'm just trying to not cry while thinking about how much I loved working at Serious Eats. I'll recompose myself over the weekend.
