Pizza Tour at Totonno's
Last weekend Kenji and his wife Adri went on a five borough, five pizzeria tour with Paul Giannone of Paulie Gee’s and his family. The pups came along for the ride. They were NOT happy that they had to wait outside while delicious pizza was consumed at Totonno’s in Coney Island.

Paulie’s son, Paulie, Ed, Scott (of Scott’s Pizza Tours) and Adri dig in to the white and red pies.
Hambone enjoys some sunshine outside of Louie and Ernie’s in the Bronx.
Where’s my pizza?, she seemed to say.
As the first customer of the day at Joe & Pat’s in Staten Island, Adri fell victim to a prank that had been laid out the night before.
Frying Tortilla Chips
Here's Daniel mid-chip-snacking while frying fresh tortilla chips for the ultimate fully loaded nachos.
NACHO TIME IS THE BEST TIME! Rabi, Paul, Ben, and Daniel dig in.
Piñata, Doing it Wrong
We received a promotional piñata that contained..a bottle of Mountain Dew. We figured beating up a piñata containing a carbonated beverage wasn't the best idea. Here's Kenji extracting the bottle with all his might.
We Don't Need No Plate
When you've got a messy banh mi, just make the sink your plate, like Daniel does. He much prefers it to eating over the office's smelly trash can.
Kenji had leftover ramen ingredients from home, so he made the office a big ramen lunch. Yup, we're a lucky bunch.
Mustard Taste Test
Mm, hot dog nubbins and unidentified mustards. Results of the taste test coming next week!
Piglets and Bunnies
Check out Erin Jackson's snapshots from her recent trip to Phoenix!
"I spent last weekend in Phoenix eating ice cream, but also made a quick stop into Kings Victory Farms where my father-in-law, aka "Mr. Tom," now lives. Mostly, I took lots of photos of the baby animals. Here is one of the piglets coming to visit me while the bunnies pretend I don't exist. Rude."
"Here's a bunny rocking a Richard Blais-style haircut, while Roger jumps by in the background. I should mention I don't actually know the brown bunny's name, but Roger seems like as good a guess as anything."
"This foal is just seven weeks old. He's named Surprise because when his mother was brought to the farm, no one knew she was already pregnant. Surprise, AZ, is also the location of the ranch. "
Sheep 'n Goats
"The sheep and goats in a neighbor's yard were interested in one thing and one thing only: hay. I managed to catch this guy's eye long enough to snap a picture."
Burger and Cheese Curds From Culver's
"On the way home, I went to Culver's for the very first time. I thought I was playing down my excitement, but an employee heard my happy eating noises and rewarded me with two free ice cream tokens. Score!"
Welcome Home From Pixel
"When we got back from Phoenix, Pixel was all over my shoes. This happens whenever we go somewhere new for multiple days. I don't know if she's into whatever unusual smells I brought back with me, or just desperate to mark them with her own scent. Either way, it's pretty cute to watch."
Cricket and the Tater Tot Pizza
Cricket, do you want a piece of tater tot pizza?
Not interested. At all.
