If I have one nemesis in this world, it's math. I have a tendency to see numbers and go fuzzy in the head, immediately grappling for a calculator, or better yet, a left-brained person who can just tell me what the answer is. But given that I also love to cook, my aversion to math can be...problematic.
That's why I love Pop Chart Lab so much. They feel my pain. They know that conversions are confusing, and they're here to help. Although Pop Chart has, as their name implies, produced many beautiful charts in the past, they recently turned their data-driven eye to housewares, designing a kitchen towel that outlines various cooking measurements and their conversions. It's a a quick, durable (i.e., washable) reference that you can take into the cooking trenches, whether you're as numerically disinclined as me or not.
You can buy the towel here for $12, or you could win one by sharing your embarrassing stories with the world: what's the worst measurement-related kitchen mishap you've ever had?
