Kenji gave Jamie the best gift of all: ham chunks. And there was much rejoicing.

When there are scraps of pancakes and ham in the office, Jamie makes lil' pancake-wrapped ham bites. And douses 'em in maple syrup.

In our latest "Will It Waffle?" experiment, Kenji waffled a batter of dried panettone soaked in melted rum raisin ice cream and egg. It worked pretty well!

Kenji and Niki headed to Maxime Billet's Future of Food dinner on Wednesday night and ate lots of...weird things. Here Niki is tasting Elizabeth Falkner's "Apocalypse Caviar" straight from her gloved hand.
