A road trip across Spain isn't diners and gas station hot dogs—it's long lunches with wine and a plate of jamón. We just spent two weeks traveling by car to the four corners of Spain, starting in the beautiful Basque country for pintxos and cider before heading east. It was onward to Galicia, at the request of our partners at Intrepid Travel, to feast on pulpo with paprika and olive oil. To the south, in Andalusia, there was more ham and some Spanish Pride. We finished up in coastal Barcelona, soaking up Gaudi and a whole lot of rice. Catch the entire journey in this three minute food extravaganza!
