We already talked to some chefs about how they like preparing the turkey on Thanksgiving. But it sounds like many of them are much more pumped for the sides; particularly the stuffing.

Tom Colicchio makes a sausage stuffing with caramelized leek and sage. Anita Lo fancies up her stuffing with foie gras and prunes. And Hugh Acheson in Atlanta likes a classic stuffing with fresh herbs.
