Ok folks, it's that time of year again. Got any burning questions about not burning your potatoes? How about how to guarantee perfectly moist turkey? Want side dish menu selections, or perhaps you just need someone to talk to?

Well, I'm here for you folks. You have from now until midnight EST to ask any question you'd like, whether it's about Thanksgiving, general recipe development, or my dogs, and I promise I'll answer every question that appears in the comments before midnight tonight in a post next week.
