Neither of us ever said it out loud, but after nearly two weeks of nonstop noodles, dumplings, spring rolls, soups, stir-fries, and salads in China and Vietnam, my dad and I were feeling pretty full and wondering how we were going to rev up for the last leg of our trip to Asia: Thailand.
What a silly question. From the moment we drove out of Chiang Mai Airport until we made our last food-grazing stroll down Bangkok's famous Yaowarat Road, my eyes were bouncing from one delicious site to the next, and my eating fatigue disappeared. Check out the coconut pancakes, pad se ew, rambutan, and more snapshots of the best stuff we ate in Thailand.
