For last week's Weekend Cook and Tell, we asked all of you to share your tales of spring holiday cooking for a challenge we called Spring Holiday Spectacular. We were hoping for tales of the tastiest Passover Seders and hammiest (or lambiest) Easter meals. And as per usual, our trusty group of Cook and Tellers didn't disappoint. Here's a look at some of your most festive holiday creations—many ideas for next year!

Instead of the usual sweet Passover staple, matzo brei, mangotomato tweaked hers for a more savory take, Matzo Brei with Roasted Peppers, Olives, and Parsley. And no, this is definitely not your bubbe's matzo brei.

DeAnn50 holiday meal had a Tuscan flare. On the menu were a Pinzimonia, a selection of antipasti, Lamb Chops Sautéed with Garlic and Granita al Limone for dessert. All recipes are from DeAnn50's cookbook, A Tuscan Table.

For a bit of Easter inspiration misplacedtexan headed over to The Kitchn for starters for Prosciutto Arugula Wraps and for the main it was none other than our own Fall-Apart Lamb with Prunes from our French in a Flash column.

claireOOTO shared plenty of suggestions for a meatless Easter including a springy Asparagus and Spinach Quiche, Gratin of Fennel and Potatoes, and for dessert? Cadbury Egg Tarts, of course.

And you've probably already seen dbcurrie's adorable Bunny Bread but it's cute enough to deserve another look.

Thanks to everyone who shared their holiday meals for this week's Weekend Cook and Tell challenge. Be sure to head over to Talk and read about next week's challenge: $5 and Under.
