Snapshots from Valencia: 7 Foods You Should Know

From October 26 to 29, I visited Valencia, Spain, on a trip sponsored by coolcapitals and Valencia Tourism. Here's a look at something from my trip. (Yes, this post is way delayed. Better late than never?)

Paella gets most of the glory when it comes to must-eats in Valencia, but if you're visiting, be sure to also try fideuà, esgarrat, and horchata, among other foods listed in this slideshow.

Many thanks to Jose Ferri of Valencia Guias and Maximo Caletrio of Valencia Tourism for providing their local food knowledge.
