Happy Thanksgiving, Serious Eaters

While the Serious Eats crew has been tirelessly toiling to bring you all the delicious, entertaining, and newsworthy Thanksgiving morsels we could come up with (it's actually been way more fun than toil, case in point: our all-pie Thanksgiving), we wanted to take this opportunity to wish each and every one of you a happy Thanksgiving.

May your Turkey Day be filled with lots of seriously delicious food, good wine, as many pies as possible, and the sounds of friends and family enjoying each others' company.

Here at Serious Eats HQ we have lots to give thanks for: a fantastic, supportive community; the opportunity to share our discoveries with all of you; and the chance to eavesdrop and participate in the most passionate, discerning, and inclusive food conversations on the web.

Extra-special shout-outs and thanks this year go out to Serious Eats Chicago editor Nick Kindelsperger and his crew, who started bringing some serious eats love to Windy City residents past and present two weeks ago, and our developer extraordinaire Christine Tsai, who made the Chicago launch so smooth we all thought we were bathing in chocolate pudding.

And as Serious Eats Overlord, I am seriously thankful for the tireless efforts of everyone here at World HQ: Erin, Carey, Robyn, Kenji, Maggie, Leandra, Christine, Alaina (welcome back), Meredith in Boston, Carrie Vasios in San Francisco, and yes, even Hambone. You all are the awesomest crew of all time. I also give thanks every day for our amazing contributors from around the country and the world. Happy Thanksgiving, serious eaters, wherever you are.
