Chicago is no stranger to Serious Eats; just in the last few months we've talked about the city's best French fries, its best cannoli and doughnuts, coffee bars and bourbon drinks, events like Chicago Gourmet, and so much more. But it's high time that one of America's great food cities had its own home on Serious Eats.
So we're thrilled to announce that Serious Eats: Chicago will launch on Monday, November 14—headed up by longtime SE'r and former Grub Street Chicago editor Nick Kindelsperger. What to expect? New columns and old, sandwiches and sweets, burgers and pizza—from all of your favorite Chicago-based Serious Eaters and a number of new voices, too.
So let's raise a glass—or maybe a hot dog?—to Serious Eats Chicago, and all the many delicious bites it will discover. We hope you're as excited as we are.
Stay tuned for the site's big launch on Monday! It'll be a great week for Serious Eats.
