The cheese shop Formaggio Kitchen is well known in the Cambridge/Boston area for its awesome products and well-trained staff. They also offer prepared foods and catering options in addition to the daily sandwiches.
Throughout the winter months, Formaggio makes a grilled reuben every Saturday, and this weekend (March 26) is the last chance! The corned beef is made in-house and served with kraut and Russian dressing on Iggy's rye. As with all their sandwiches, the cheesemongers can grill it for you or you can it grill it at home. I suggest letting the mongers do it so you can munch on the delicious mess while wandering the shop.
