This Week at Serious Eats World Headquarters

This week at headquarters, we had a doughnut tasting and instant oatmeal tasting the same morning. Our bodies felt a little funny after. Attention Dumpling fan club: he had an especially big week. One afternoon he met Martha Stewart's Frenchie (have two other more internet-famous Frenchies ever met?) and, in sadder news, he developed an eye infection and now has to wear a cone around his head.
