Sometimes my idea of the perfect sandwich contains as much cheese, meat, and mayo as possible. Other times, when light and healthy is the goal, the Ginger Sesame Chicken Roll-up ($9.75, which includes a side salad) from The Mission is a filling alternative. The tomato flavored wrap is full of tender seasoned chicken, crispy noodles, scallions, salad greens, and veggies, with Thai peanut sauce drizzled around the plate for dipping.
The fresh, colorful ingredients give this wrap plenty of flavor and crunch but it feels light in your stomach. And, like everything at The Mission, one meal is often big enough for two.
