Early this morning I actually wrote a riff about my newfound self-control when it comes to peanut butter. After I was done, I started having this gnawing feeling that I had already written about this. Turns out that I had, eight weeks ago.
So I'm not going to bore you with the same old, same old. Nope, I'm just going to say that I've had a pretty good week serious diet-wise. I've felt more in control, I haven't binged on peanut butter or anything else, and I have either swam or played squash five times in the past week. So I'm going to go straight to Thinner without further comment.
