Pork and Cabbage Dumplings with Homemade Wrappers

kenji, i noticed that the dough for these dumplings and the scallion pancake dough you posted earlier are almost exactly the same. can either of these doughs serve double-duty or is there some subtlety in the preparation that i am missing?
