Future SE Chicago events?
So, I'm wondering if in the future there would be any SE Chicago events. I think it could be a lot of fun! Has there been any talks about this?
My 8" Wusthof Classic Chef's Knife is my favorite workhorse knife. Does wel over 90% of my prep work.

My guess is that there would be enough followers in the Chicago area to have Serious Eats Chicago events. I'd be up for it!
Wow! Sounds amazing, especially with the anchovies. I've never heard of a tomato butter, but I'm up for trying this myself.
