Even though I am Taiwanese, I would have to say Japanese food. On my trip to Japan, everything I ate was good, even their cafeteria food and food from the convenience stores!

My grandma's ginseng soup. I think all she did was add pork ribs and dried ginseng slices in a big bowl with water and then stick that into an older style electric rice cooker.
