Hello fellow foodies I am going to Portland, Oregon and was wondering if anyone can recommend restaurants, coffee houses and vineyards that are not to be missed. I am there for 5 days.

If you only had three days in Barcelona which restauraunts would you choose. I want nothing touristy only places where the locals go for really good food and ambience. All your suggestions are greatly appreciated.
