Your fave cheeseball recipe
Pineapple Curry Cheeseball
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. chutney, finely chopped
1/4 teas. curry powder
1 fresh pineapple halved and hollowed out
toasted almonds
assorted crackers, endive leaves
Mix first 3 ingredients, chill for at least 4 hours. You can either shape into ball and roll in almonds or mound in pineapple, sprinked with the nuts. Serve with an assorment of crackers and endive leaves.
