Baohaus & Eddie Huang

Fried oyster bao! What?!?! I'm jealous @lapsangsouchong! Awesome username by the way, one of my favorite teas. Can't get enough of that smokiness.

I liked the skirt steak bao. I wasn't a huge fan of the General, but then again I don't like pork belly at all (strange, huh?).

Baohaus & Eddie Huang

I dunno. He is kinda cool, but I think he plays his act a bit too hard. I went to Bauhaus last week. It was a neat restaurant...amazing how tiny it is. Anyways, the food is pretty good, but not great. The quality and taste is similar to some of the better Chinatown restaurants. Unfortunately, it's pretty expensive. $5 doesn't sound like a lot for a bao until you see that it is only two bites. His book as interesting though!

A Tour of Aji Ichiban, an Asian Snack Paradise in New York

Oh my god, mpascjr you are so right! My food interest was literally sparked as a small child by entering A-Dong. Every time I go there, even as an (almost) adult, it is like being a little kid all over again. If Serious Eats went to A Dong, it would melt my heart :)

Any kind of rooibos or yerba mate...kukicha twig tea is very low caffeine.

How do y'all stay thin?

How do you foodies manage to stay thin? Let's share our tips!

I tend to avoid desserts and most overly-carby items (croissants, bagels, etc.) However, a good loaf of bakery bread will be inhaled in mere minutes.
