Agreed! Not nearly enough lime juice/fish sauce.
I do it with ground chicken (just buy chicken breast and grind in food processor), but I use at least 2x lime/fish sauce as in the recipe above. And, no broth.

From what I remember, melitzanosalata is actually different than baba ghanoush in that it *doesn't* have tahini, but rather olive oil and sometimes vinegar, tomatoes, etc.
