I have gone from a Financial Services Manager to a Stay at Home Mom and now I am joining the food community because I have a great passion for everything food. I have decided to start a food blog and I think I am going to join it immensely.

  • Favorite foods: Wow, this is a tough one, I love all types of pasta and steak and seafood are tops on my list as well. I think for me it's more that I prefer that the food I eat is not processed food and then I am okay with anything.
  • Last bite on earth: This is a tough one, I would have to say my mother's homemade ravioli, it is absolutely magnificent!

Great interview, looking forward to Just Desserts as well. Hoping it will give the pastry chefs more exposure and we will see more of that area of the kitchen in the media. Hoping it will expose more techniques and intricate recipes for all of us to learn from.

Food lover or food snob?

My kids are the first to call me a food snob. They can't understand why I need to go to 6 different spots to complete my weekly shop, i.e. Italian Deli, Butcher, Farmer's Market etc. They are the 1st to complain if God forbid I'm running low on time and I pick up Prosciutto from the local market rather than the Italian deli. What have I created?
