@thebigbambino....to compare seeing a picture of child labor for diamonds to seeing pictures of a pig being roasted...I don't even know what to say really. If you can't handle these pictures you really should not be eating meat. Period. Since your awesome brain has the "ability to store knowledge" and "compartmentalize information" I hope that these images stick in your head. Should the image of slave child labor deter you from wearing diamonds? Absolutely. Do these images deter you from eating meat? If that answer is no than you are being naive and ignorant. This is what meat looks like, get over it. If your poor stomach can't handle it at 10 in the morning, this site has many delicious vegetarian articles for you to look at.

Seriously though in high school at my friends graduation bbq, his mom prepared these patties that to this day I hold the gold standard of burger. I ate so many cheeseburgers that day I puked when we played football after. And of course after the game I ate another one.

I don't know the specific number of people that will eat these things, but I think in general the answer will be the rest of the world, just like they have since the first man killed and ate the first animal.
