Meatpacking or Chelsea Neighborhood Faves?
I'm looking for a place that budget friendly, cozy but not dark, not too loud and great food/service. Something like Jarnac or August but a little well, cheaper. Thoughts?

and manhattan fruit exchange has every fruit and veggie imaginable and at great prices--grab a plastic knife and make a salad. then run over to sarabeths for cookies, pudding or of course--gelato from l'arte.
