I Don't Know What to Make of This
Some people never escape the food court at the mall, do they?

I'm lucky enough to work a block from Serious Pie -- there's not a single bad pie to be had there. Also try the Dahlia Bakery around the corner (another Douglas place) . . . they have the best egg & chorizo muffins on the planet.
i'll take two and then a bowl of queso to dip them in.
This is a joke, right? I've shown this to about 20 people in the office and they all agree that that sounds INEDIBLE. That clown got 25K to make that? I give up.
I hit them with fresh-ground black pepper and a big pat of fresh cream butter. Ok I am hungry now....
I realize the posts happened over 9 months ago, but I wanted to reply and clear something. For you information Starvin Marvin, Hackney's has never deep fried their burgers. They have always been pan fried or by request, broiled. They still to me are the best burgers in the area, and to say the nation!
Hey, not *all* mall pizza is bad! Pizzeria Regina, generally known as Boston's best, has a location in the Providence Place Mall - and it blows away most pizza in the RI/MA area.
It looks like Regina has a location in the Paramus Park Mall as well.
WOW...you guys are real snobs! Who'd have thought on a pizza blog! I didn't realize that the establishment had to have a certain decor to produce good pizza. If this guy found the best pizza he ever had...good for him...who are you to judge!
Out of curiosity, I dug a little. . .it's "Louie's Italian Restaurant" at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, cira 1995, according to the YT poster.
Here's a menu: http://allears.net/uni/menu/men_lou.htm
And one Yelp review: http://www.yelp.com/biz/louies-italian-restaurant-orlando
I still haven't gotten to Serious Pie (working in Redmond, it's tough to get into downtown Seattle on a weekday) but all of Tom Douglas's other places are great and this certainly looks terrific.
