I recently saw a recipe and article about buffalo ricotta in one of the
food magazines. Now that I have the ricotta, I can't find the recipe!
Does anyone remember seeing it. And if so, where? The article
even mentioned where to buy imported ricotta. They mentioned Buonitalia in the Chelsea Market, which is where I bought mine.
