Bruschetta is my go-to quick meal...always satisfying & delicious! I use fresh tomatoes from the garden in the summer; during colder weather, I use Trader Joe's bruschetta topping.

This yellow browned butter bundt cake with Kahlua glaze is incredibly fluffy and tender, and tastes even richer on the second day as the liqueur seeps into the cake.
