My grandma's recipe for homemade macaroni & cheese. Just your basic white-sauce based mac & cheese, made with lots of cheese in the sauce and even more cheese on top. The secret? Trappey's Lousiana style hot sauce. This has become a Thanksgiving favorite.

You can buy those at Cost Plus World Market. That is the best store for tiny items like that. I like to buy little bottles of wine and champagne. Great stocking stuffers!
