chocolate spider cookies. they're chow mein noodles covered in melted butterscotch chips and chocolate. sooo good, and no bake!
chocolate chai cupcakes. with chai buttercream frosting.
Chocolate dipped strawberries (with yogurt mint dip especially) get a big thumbs up since they're super simple.
But my mother's "spider cookies" are my number 1 choice.
A good sharp cheddar. Or really fresh mozzarella from the cheese stand at the farmer's market during the summer.
Mmm. A tender filet mignon.
Crispy. Without question.
Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, dijon mustard, and maybe some bacon, for extra pig goodness. Sourdough bread, all grilled.

My favorite Easter (or any holiday, really) food is my mom's cheese potato casserole.
Chocolate. (We have either ham or turkey, whichever we have not had most recently. Never lamb, which my family won't eat.)
My family likes ham on Easter so I never get what I want: Roast Lamb with Mint Jelly.
