I open a tab and tip 20% of the total amount. That way I don't have to actually figure out the tip on each single drink.

The M&M shake is back! Woo! Silly to say that it's their newest shake when it was on the menu up until a couple of years ago. I may start frequenting Steak n Shake more often again now that I can have that candy coated goodness crushed into my shake again.
