Here Come the Munsters

From what I understand their are two names for Munster on either side of the Vosges mountains. In Alsace to the east it is called Munster while in Lorraine it is known as Gerome. In the 70s the AOC Munster-Gerome united the two cheese.
It is fantastic melted between two pieces of a crusty, multi-grain bread, with some shallots confit in there!

Stuffed Cheeses: Delicious or Disgusting?

Here's an amazing combination; fresh goat cheese piped into peppedew peppers from South Africa.
Also Gorgonzola Dolce stuffed into figs and put under the broiler for a few minutes.
