My fellow deviants! I believe I have found my tribe at last! I don't follow recipes for anything not even baking, usually an ounce or two out won't make that much of a difference, to me, recipes are more of a guideline rather than a set of rules, we are the scientists of the kitchen!

I started eating alone when I was a student too, always had a book on me so never felt self-concious about it and now having graduated a long time ago, have carried on the habit, sometimes there is just no one around to share a meal with especially if you like trying new foods and restaurants, if the waiters give me attitude, I just don't tip (I'm not in the US so that is an option for me ;-)

What I like best about cevapi when I buy it from my local supermarket is that you can smell the garlic through the packaging! Thanks for sharing how it should be properly served!

Just tried an avocado shake, had a ripe 'cado available and whipped it up with condensed milk and ice but needed to add some normal milk as it got too thick to blend. I sprinkled some cinnamon sugar over it and it was like eating a green pudding - delicious. Next time I will try a dairy free version made with coconut milk.
