The worst event I have ever been too ... nothing even comes close. My experience is like what everyone else posted above. Some additional items that were not already mentioned - staff smoking marijuana. Sure would be nice if they tried to organize lines instead of letting them go out of control. What started as one line ended up being 3 lines, of course that was after people in the first line already waited for 2 hours. And why were staff in the back eating pastrami sandwiches and buffalo wings while paying customers were waiting 2+ hours for them. This was a total disaster.
