I love taking fresh picked green cubanelle peppers and stuffing them, then throwing them on the grill. I'll cook them until the pepper softens and the cheese is melted. They're a summertime staple at our house. In fact, they were dinner last night.

I made Carnitas. Not truly authentic, due to me not having that much lard on hand, but good nonetheless. I gotta say, I'm a little jealous of carriebwc's setup.
