We have a Renato woodfired pizza oven installed in our kitchen. Possibly the best idea we've ever had! Takes the talent of an amazing cook and elevates it even another notch! Bread, pizza, pretzels, soups, stews, meats, breakfasts, desserts. It does it all. We are limited in use by summer heat, however. We look forward to "pizza seasons"!

About: I farm twenty acres of yummy food- Bleinheim Apricots, pecans, oranges and olives . We heat our house in the winter with a wood burning pizza oven.
Favorite foods: pizza, shushi, mole and cheese
Last bite on earth: pizza with dough from my sourdough starter and toppings from things i grew on the farm out of the pizza oven
