Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Korin Knife

I have around 35 knives, so it's not possible to pick a favorite. Many of them are from Korin. In face I just realized I better oil some of my Japanese knives for the New Years. This holiday I made an effort to try and switch knives with each meal.
