Have You Tried Tim Tams?

Currently living in Australia (for about 3 years now)... the best flavors are the dark chocolate and the double coat. I think they taste better frozen (or at least cold) and that helps with the slam and hot drinks. You can also do the slam with a glass of ice cold milk, which is pretty fantastic.

Bake the Book: The Epicurious Cookbook

Peanut butter brownies or chocolate chip cookies.

Bake the Book: Vintage Cakes

It really depends on my mood: chocolate with chocolate frosting, classic white with white, yellow with chocolate, carrot or banana with a good cream cheese frosting... and yes, I'm fully aware this might indicate a slight addiction.

Looking for a recipe for rum balls

So I'm not too familiar with rum balls (I've had them a few times), but I've had a request to make them. I've looked up a few recipes and have found variations using chocolate wafer crumbs, crumbled cake, ground nuts, or melted chocolate chips. Can anyone recommend the best method or a killer recipe? I think I want one that does have chocolate. Thanks!!!

Best Way to Store Brownies

I'm looking for the best way to keep brownies fresh. I baked some peanut butter brownies as a thank you on Thursday night, brought them to the office Friday, and the recipient isn't here so he'll have to get them Monday. They're already cut, and I was thinking the freezer, but I'm not sure if the fridge would be better. Any advice and tips are appreciated!
