We're headed to St. Thomas in the USVI for a week (15th - 22nd) and I was hoping that someone would have some suggestions for where to eat. We have a time share and have generally stuck with cooking for ourselves in the past, but this time, I'd like to try some local restaurants. Any suggestions?

A slice of real crusty bread, with Miracle Whip, hot pepper flakes, thin slices of good tomato, a few slices of ham, and shredded aged pecorino slapped under the broiler for a few minutes. yum!
You need to go to "COUSINS" in downtown charlotte amalie. Local food prepared by locals, it's like 3 streets back from the main drag but it is worth the hunt. Great food! I was there last summer... you lucky dog! Bon Chanc:)

Ham & swiss on fresh bread
Try a spead of IItalian crushed olive spread on the bread and add the ham.
Wonderbread, ham, sharp cheddar, grilled in butter.
Wheat bread, ham and yellow mustard!
Ham, American cheese, lettuce, onion and mayo
Swiss Cheese with a tad of mustard.
