Whole grain bread, but I've recently started to experiment with no-knead breads and find them wonderful. This book sounds like it gives a choice of that type of bread. Sounds marvelous. Thanks for a great prize!

I have sourdough starter that's 5 years old. I love using that because it's supposed to do something for insulin - either make it come or make it go away - whatever it is that is good for diabetics.
