Candy a Day: Peanut Butter M&M's
drop a handful of peanut butter m&ms into a bag of microwave popcorn and enjoy the tastiest treat ever. the sweet and salty combo is terrific and they m&ms get that perfect amount of melty. i have been addicted to pb m&ms for twenty years and have eaten more of these than i care to admit. they are my absolute favorite candy.
Dinner Tonight: Leftover Turkey Pot Pie
Made this last night and it was fantastic. Good enough to actually sign up and comment after reading this blog for months. Bravo.

i cooked at a mexican place in college and were allowed something from the menu before or after a shift. i loved the deep fried chimi even though i would fry thousands of chips (a football game day was insane, the restaurant used to be a department store and was enormous).
but the best part of being "fry guy" was "accidentally" breaking one of the delicious fried ice cream balls served in a fried flour shell with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
best. dessert. ever.
