My favorite way to indulge in chocolate is with a Death by Chocolate sunday. I take triple chocolate ice cream and coat with a chocolate caramel sauce I make, and then add on some chocolate fudge, and finally some chocolate magic shell. Add a little whipped cream to the top and some chocolate Jimmies and you are good to go.
I say most definately yes. These pans will last you and your childrens and your childrens childrens lifetime. As a former professional chef I think you can't get any better.
Great question, before today it was Milk Chocolate, but today I decided I like dark chocolate more. Funny since I never really ate dark chocolate before this week. But I guess one trip to Wilbur's Chocolate factory in Pennsylvania and purchase of their most outstanding chocolate there changed my mind.

I love to eat milk chocolate truffles, they are sooo good its hard to not eat them all in one setting.
Usually I just have a sugar free fudgesicle or pudding, but I seldom pass up a taste of anything chocolate.
