@db, Did you ever get the low temps on this model?
Absolutely, deep fry 20+ turkeys at an event yearly and have preorders for quarts of soup. Good stuff!
Wow, Please check to see if it goes to temps that are needed for sous vide. OMG that would be so affordable and and never leave my counter. lol
Cool, I'll check the hardware store first. Thanks for the comebacks. E
Doo-doo head pizza snobs, I love it !LMAO
Cool, big party labor day with all foodies, off to the box store, Thanks
Do you think this can be smoked in advance, then taken to a party and grill it there with the same results?
I've looking at high speed juicers and not pleased with the noise. This seems a better choice. I don't get the concept of doing tomatoes for sauce. Is it just using the right size strainer to get the pulp without the skin and seeds? Never used one and have a big garden this year.
I also have about 70 +or- most are textbooks. I use about 5 often, my wife still uses the B H and Garden that I left on the range top. Ooops.
Thanks for the comeback, I have a 5 gal. pickle bucket that should do.
rooster sauce and soy for dipping steak
Rooster sauce, soy, and catalina dressing for roast pork
Filet w/ sauteed mushrooms and onions
