So, I'm just curious what peoples' thoughts are about this. I love grilling, and because of my family's eating habits, we do a lot of chicken. I love to marinate my chicken and I always keep the sauce. While I'm grilling chicken, before flipping I re-dip my chicken into the marinade. It cools the chicken a bit, provides more of a crust, keeping it moist on the inside, and adds even more flavor to the outside. Any thoughts to the health aspect of this? After doing this for the last 6 years, I've yet to have someone puke their guts out after eating. Thanks for any thoughts or input!
