Three Burgers in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania: Stewed, Screwed and Lassoed

Bethlehem has so many great mom and pop type places. Sadly, it seems you picked the worst of the bunch to try a burger at. I've never even heard of most of those places. Bethlehem has SO many great food establishments to try, and I'm sure there are way better burgers around town. That gray burger looked disgusting. For those of you that mentioned skipping Bethlehem when on the road, dont be discouraged by a bad review of some horrible burgers. I would stop at the Bethelehem Brewworks, Billy's Downtown Diner (which has great greek food as well as amazing breakfast!), or one of the many taverns around the Lehigh Valley.

I used to love filet, until I broke out of the box a bit, and tried a porterhouse. The best of both worlds!

Cook the Book: Easy Gluten-Free Baking

my grandma's chocolate layer cake. It was a vanilla cake with chocolate icing, but it was so light and delicious. All I know about the recipe, is that there were 7 layers, and hershey's chocolate bars and butter in the icing. I wish I had the recipe now.

I really really love linguini in clam sauce (white) but I add a little cream and...gasp...no garlic!! I love the salty taste of the fresh littleneck clams, and I think the garlic overwhelms sometimes.
