That cookie sounds like the japanese cookies loaded with butter that makes it airy, light and insanely addicting. But they don't add chocolate so this sounds like a must try.

About: I love to dining, cooking, and wining. I'll try a dish at a restaurant and try to replicate it at home. The guessing game is fun, whether successful or not. My blog documents these experiences.
Favorite foods: Porterhouse steak in black and blue, sushi, pizza, french food drowning in their heavenly rich so bad for your figure sauces, McDonald's fries, In and Out burger, cheese (the stinkier the better), lobster bisque, chocolate hazelnut gelato.
Last bite on earth: Pizza!
Lobster bisque is my all time favorite. I top it with creme fraiche, and sometimes saute the veggies in lemon infused olive oil. Topping it with raw lobster gives is a great texture contrast too if you are a sashimi lover. =)
