I don`t own a juicer, I use a reamer to juice. The recipe I follow is 1 cup of lemon, 1/2 a cup of lime juice for evey cup of simple syrup. so a cup of lemon often needs 4-5 lemons approx.
it is a lot of work, but the finished product is fantastic.
I`ve been making home made sour mix a fair bit latley, but the work in juicing the lemons is off putting and can get pricey for the amount of juice you get. I was wondering if Realemon brand lemon juice would be suitable to use for the lemon juice. I know that it says it`s real lemon juice, but there is some additives in there.
Any help would be great.
