NBC Cancels 'The Chopping Block'
I am very disappointed that they are canceling this, I have been a huge fan of Marco Pierre White's for years now, and I was really excited to see that they were going to give him his own show here in America.
Dinner Tonight: Corn Macque Choux
So right after reading this (about 30 min ago) I went out to the garden and grabbed a few ears of corn, and one of my red bell peppers. And I came inside and started making it, I'm not a fan of tomatoes so I omitted them. And I have to say that I really enjoyed it!

Freshly ground, not too finely, lots of fat with the beef sirloin, 2 inch thick, flame grilled on the outside and juicy, beefy, rare interior.
Grilled, buttered onion bun of medium thickness.
Liberally sprinkled with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. And finally, I will apply several thick slices of bacon.
