Hi There. What a great idea giving away this turkey. It gives the readers a chance to directly compare a "boutique" turkey with their traditional store-bought turkey, and not have to pay the boutique prices for the experience. You should encourage the winners to post their thoughts about these turkeys.
As far as my answer for my favorite recipe in your thanksgiving section, I think the Corniest Corn Muffins from Baking With Dorie sound scrumptious!
